USA Made Desiccant Air Filters
Keep your spray guns and other air tools moisture and debris free.
Available in capacities from 0.5 to 30 SCFM. Highly visible color
change from blue to pink through exclusive sight-glass highlights need
for service. Exclusive hard spherical bead resists attrition and dusting
and can be recharged. Exclusive intake flow design takes air through
entire supply of desiccant for max drying capacity. Needs no electrical
connection. No "purge air" lost as with regenerative dryers.
In-Line Desiccant Air Filter
Disposable, mini in-line desiccant dryer removes all
traces of water vapor, oil vapor and dirt. Often used
directly upstream of spray guns or blow guns as final
protection for paint spraying and critical parts blow off.
Inside the unit, a 40 micron, porous bronze element
removes fine dirt particles, an oil removing media
removes oil vapor and desiccant beads absorb water
vapor. The see-through housing shows desiccant color
change from blue to pink, which indicates that the
dryer needs to be replaced.

Indicating Blue Silica Gel
Replacement Desiccant Beads
Save money, refill your Desiccant Air Filter/Dryer instead of
replacing it! The beads are made from highly absorbent blue
silica gel and absorb water vapor. Highly visible indicating
color changes from blue to pink when it's time to replace
the beads. Hard spherical bead resists attrition and dusting.
Can be recharged and re-used. Beads are approximately
1/8" diameter. Available in Quart and Gallon sizes.

How to Reactivate
Place fully absorbed beads on a bake
safe sheet and bake in oven at 250°F
for 3 hours. Monitor beads regularly
as baking time may vary. Beads will
change from pink back to blue when
they are fully reactivated.
